Stefan was responsible for restructuring and developing 3 cement plants in Northern Africa as Chief Financial Officer. He also prepared market studies on building materials and managed business development and expansion into new markets. Prior to this, he worked as a Commercial Manager in the aggregates division of a European market leader.
